Voucher Codes

Please follow the steps in this portal to request your voucher code. The voucher code can be used to make a booking at one of our participating Chemist Warehouse stores.

You may be eligible for a FREE flu vaccine. Health New Zealand fund the flu vaccine for the following criteria:

- People aged 65 and over
- Pregnant people
- People who have a long-term medical condition like diabetes, asthma, or a heart condition
- People with conditions, including schizophrenia, major depressive disorder, bipolar disorder, or schizoaffective disorder
- People who are currently accessing secondary or tertiary mental health and addiction services.

What should I do if I meet any of the above criteria?
If you meet any of the criteria, please go straight to https://chemistwarehouse.schedule.nz/home to book your vaccine. You do not need a voucher code.
